Do you want to combine clear and present leadership with a strong treatment focus? We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced manager for our HVB operations.

Kolbacken HVB is located north of Tierp in a rural and calm environment. We receive boys aged 13-17 with behavioral problems that negatively affect their health. This may involve youths who are in unsuitable environments, have committed minor offenses, tried drugs, or exhibit threatening or norm-breaking behavior. We accept placements according to SoL and LVU.

As a manager, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, permits, and quality requirements.

About the role

As a manager, you are responsible for:

• ensuring that the work is carried out according to the requirements and guidelines from IVO
• ensuring that the interventions are legally secure and of good quality
• documentation and systematic quality work
• collaborating with clients, authorities, and guardians
• reporting and dialogue with IVO and management
• ensuring that the operations provide quality-assured and safe care and that the operations have the right staffing and competence based on the needs of the target group

We are looking for someone who meets the requirements to be approved as a manager by IVO:

• Relevant higher education (e.g., social worker, education in behavioral science)
• Several years of documented experience working with the target group
• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL, LVU) and labor law
• Experience in systematic quality work and documentation
• It is an advantage if you have experience from method-driven operations where CBT has been the foundation
